Revolution New Jersey, Inc. is a community-based, skill development program that measures success through people with disabilities and the level of inclusion they have in their community. We believe that all members of society deserve resources that can assist them in their strive towards interdependence and greater access to their community. We do this through education and personal development that takes place in the local community.

Our Founder and Director, Richard Hrynoweski, has almost 30 years experience working from the ground up. What started as a passion to understand and better serve individuals with disabilities has turned into a Revolution.
When Transition was a new buzz word, Revolution New Jersey was already under way developing programs in Morris and Essex County to provide this service.
When schools and caregivers were looking for an authentic and thorough vocational assessment of the individual they were serving, Revolution New Jersey designed and implemented it's own formalized vocational assessment with a reputation throughout the state of New Jersey that speaks for itself.
When parents were asking "What's Next" after high school graduation, Revolution New Jersey announced our "Future Factory" life skills training day program.
As Transportation continues to be a stumbling block for families trying to receive services for their loved one, Revolution New Jersey has been providing our own transportation services since our inception, and recently expanded these services and our fleet.
